Chapter One: The Path of Least Resistance is the follow on work from Elemental. This latest chapter takes a closer look at the element of water & its metaphysical connection to the world of our emotions.

This exhibition merges water, ice, photography, video, sculpture, audio, written work, performance and also an element of audience participation.

The work examines the energetic healing and release process, through the creation of a reflective safe space, a place where creative expression merges with holistic therapy.


Bring subconscious now into the fold,
Emotions forward which are old.
The reasons why we act that way,
The past can rule our future day.


Housing both, here is our form,
Into which our soul is born.
Reflective of our inner needs,
The ego plants and reaps its seeds.


Our present conscious mind, awake,
Choice to move, with risk to take.
Reactive to what’s seen and heard,
Without the need of spoken word.

Audience Participation


An invite to you now my dear,
Trapped emotions pen them here.
Place them in the bowl on side,
Release them now to onward stride.

So frozen in the ice they'll be,
And as they melt it sets them free.
No longer need to carry them,
Return to flow and into Zen.
