Drawing on inspiration from the rolling landscapes in the midlands of Ireland this project works with reflections, bringing together a collection of abstracted images, which have been referred to as painterly. The images were taken of many of the water sources found in the lake land region of Ireland, using its rivers, canals, lakes, streams and even at times rain puddles. This work was completed in 2007.
For a limited time these images are available as a thank you for supporting my current go fund me campaign. They are available in two sizes, smaller ones for donations under €50 and the larger ones for donation of €50 and over. Thank you for your kind donation towards my work. You will have to cover the post and packaging yourself.
I was at Aishling's first solo exhibition in Ireland... I fell in love with her photographs there and then and have been a fan of her work since . - Joey Burns
